I use this book with my AP Music Theory students in class. Excellent review book!

My son studied from this and got a 4 on the AP Music Theory test so the money was worth it!

The book itself was ordered for a high school class and has very good content for my son's AP class. We got it a little late because it went to an incorrect address but that's not Amazon's doing. Our son is happy with the book and I'm sure it will be a great asset to his class.

Our daughter had a C in her AP Music Theory class first quarter. We were recommended this book by a musician and now she has an A.

I like the book but I kind of go back and forth on it. In some chapters, the content is great and touches on some important aspects that come with the prophetic like rejection and loneliness. It is great and worth the read. The only reason I'm rating it four stars and not five is because I feel like there is a lot of filler content. I would really like to see Mr. Eckhardt write something smaller, from the heart, that just gets to the point without the fillers.

I really enjoyed this book. This author really breaks down the office of the prophet in laymen's terms. It also breaks down walls of tradition yet he backs up everything with Scripture. A great book, if you have an open mind. If you are stuck in traditional Pentecostalism, you might not like it much.

Great book that explains a dimension of Christian life and the gifts of God I thought were only for a few special people. Saw lives turned around immediately. It explains a lot and helps you to locate yourself and where you can be in strengthening the body of Christ. A must have for your library. Bought several copies for friends who also had immediate great testimonies.

Highly recommend old and new prophets....Most of us are hand feed so reading my personality clearly helped me to understand myself even better. Prophets are usually very sensative ppl with timidityand very misunderstood in general

Then he snowballs to deeper things such as what prophets loves and hates. He states 100+ ways to be activated in the ministry of prophet. Recommend this to any pastor . I also recommend this to anyone who may think they are a prophet. He does dump a lot of information into this book, but it is so easy to read and grasp to what he is talking about. He also backs things up with Scripture as well. Outstanding book and author.
